This past Saturday, I received a phone call from Mr. Adrian vela. He politely introduced himself and told me his company had been selected to complete the insulation work on my home as authorized by the Snohomish County Weatherization Program. He asked if his company might start the work Tuesday. I confirmed that time. He thanked me courteously ended our conversation. His opening comments were professional Mr. Vela is a compliment to your program.

This morning, as scheduled, Mr. Vela’s crew arrived right on time to begin their work. One of the young workmen came to my front door and introduced himself. He then politely asked if the “crew” might begin their work. I responded…..”certainly!”

Throughout the day, Mr. Vela’s crew of seemingly knowledgeable, courteous, and clean-cut young men have performed to a higher standard of professionalism. I have worked with a number of contractors in the past. Mr. Vela’s company and crew are to be commended for their effort, their dedication, and the quality of their work. You are to be commended for choosing them to represent Snohomish County.

I thought you would like to know about Mr. Vela and his company of dedicated young men. I am happy with them and the work they have completed thus far. Too bad we don’t have more companies that work hard to establish themselves as true professionals….completing quality work.

Thank you for choosing Mr. Vela and his company to complete the work on my home.

Adrian calmed me down and told me all will be cleaned and back together when they finished and it was.

I want to say thank you and your wonderful staff for the service they provided me in having my house fully insulated.

Vela Brothers, the contractor did a superb job and his whole crew was very efficient in their work. They were here for 3 days and each day left my property in clean order, never leaving tracks to show they had been here.

As part of the weatherization, I qualified for the new fan for my bathroom.

I celebrated my 80th birthday, what better present then having that job done for me, in a house I’ve lived in for 50 years, it was like a dream.

I will be thinking of all of you this winter.
